The past three months

have been crazy and hectic. We have relocated to the US for a few years and are just about settled in the new place and getting used to things. Relocation is a big circus..more so with a toddler in tow. Atharv has adjusted remarkably well in the new surroundings. Of course, that does not mean the tantrums are gone, am just trying to look at the bright side. Sigh!

I am really enjoying my new full-time SAHM (as it goes in the blog world) responsibilities. Atharv and me have been having so many good and not so good ;) experiences together. For one, i am constantly on my toes to keep him occupied and stimulated. Secondly, all the housework ensures that i do not have too much free time to think about anything else, forget blogging.

But, i am slowly learning to balance things and get some time off to blog. Loads of things have happened, more importantly Atharv's personality is constantly undergoing changes. He has started preschool! (a very important milestone). This is the first time he has been away from us (apart from his grandparents) and it was a highly emotional moment for me to see my boy growing up. I still have mixed feelings about his going to school.

Also, i am very apprehensive about keeping him in daycare and going to work. The daycare system here is good (and that is what i keep trying to convince myself :() Expecting them to exclusively look after your child like you do is too much i guess. Anyways, i am still in the process of sorting my thoughts and deciding what's best for all of us. H, sweetheart that he is, as always is by my side, patiently listening and assuring me.

Hopefully, i will reach a decision soon.
